Geo-Launchpad Faculty Mentor Letter of Recommendation Submission Form

Thank you for your interest in UNAVCO's Geo-Launchpad internship. By writing this letter of recommendation, you are agreeing to serve as the applicant's faculty mentor if they are accepted as an intern.

Faculty mentor requirements:
1) Travel to Boulder, CO during the final week of the program for the interns' final poster session and to receive mentoring training.
2) Regular communications with the intern throughout the summer.
3) A formal meeting with the intern during the following fall semester to discuss career paths, research opportunities on campus, and other ways to stay connected to the scientific community.

Faculty mentors receive a stipend for their support. If you cannot meet all of these requirements, please reconsider agreeing to serve as a faculty mentor.
