Required information must be provided to purchase a slot. Slot entry form and payment are due by 8/1/2025 for the $150 entry fee. The entry fee will increase to $200 if payment or entry is received 8/2/2025 or later. Entry and payment will be accepted until 12:00pm(noon)CST on day of slot classes. The non-required fields may be submitted anytime prior to 12pm(noon) of show day.

Checks must be post marked by 8/1/2025 for the discounted entry fee of $150. Late fee checks may be mailed until 8/15/2025. Any checks after this date must be brought to the show. Make payable to WQHA.
