This pledge form allows you to support us in one of three ways:- Pledge a fixed amount- Pledge an amount per complete hymn sung (with a stated maximum amount, if you wish) - expected total 100 hymns- Pledge an amount per verse sung (with a stated maximum amount, if you wish) - with an average of 4 to 6 verses per hymn, the expected total could be from 400-600 verses.
We are also holding a silent auction on a limited number of "request" slots to ensure that a favourite hymn is performed. For a complete list of our intended performance schedule of hymns, and details of the silent auction, please email us at the address below. It is not possible to participate in the silent auction via this form.
Transferring funds for your pledge:There is no need to pay straight away: we will contact you with further details on payment after the event.*We are not set up for online credit card payments.*Payment will be possible by cash (in person to a choir member, or on the day of the event), cheque (payable to "Cathedral Church of the Redeemer" with a note in the Memo "Choir Fund"), or if you know an individual choir member, they may be willing to accept an e-transfer on your behalf. Please ask them in advance.- - - - -Please note that there will be a $10 charge (valid for multiple entry throughout the day) to attend the Hymnathon and to sing along with us - whether you choose to pledge or not. You may wish to take that into account as you plan any pledge.- - - - -Funds raised support the Choir of the Cathedral Church of the Redeemer's additional non-worship activities, including choir tours, and events with guest musicians.
*Because individuals from our own group will benefit from these proceeds - either directly through scholarships and bursaries, or indirectly through group events, CRA regulations do not allow tax receipts to be offered for your support.*- - - - -This form collects your email address for the purpose of informing you about this event, and so that we can contact you about your pledge. Your email address will not be retained by the Cathedral Church of the Redeemer beyond the completion of this particular fundraiser.
