ALTA celebrates the work of our community through our literary partnership with AWP. During the virtual 2021 AWP conference, AWP is using Bookshop.org. ALTA's Bookshop page (https://bookshop.org/shop/ALTA) aims to highlight member translations and the titles published by translation presses.

As a Bookshop.org affiliate, Bookshop pays ALTA a 10% commission on every sale, and gives a matching 10% to independent bookstores. Read more about their model at https://bookshop.org/pages/about. Thanks to our partnership with AWP, ALTA receives an additional 5% commission on sales from January 19, 2021 through March 7, 2021!

To request a title for the AWP21 bookfair, please fill out this form by January 20, 2021. Fill out one form for each title. **If you requested books for ALTA's Bookshop page during ALTA43, you are welcome to resubmit them for our AWP list.**

Publishers, please note that you have the option to send a list of titles, with the below information included for each, in an Excel spreadsheet to info@literarytranslators.org, in lieu of filling out this form for each of your books. Please ensure that any titles you send to ALTA are going to be in stock with Bookshop by the start of the AWP conference (March 3-7, 2021).

Please note that not all books are available on Bookshop.org. Books must have an ISBN and be available through Ingram to appear on Bookshop.org.

The deadline to submit bookfair requests is January 20, 2021.
