  3. On the "Add a Dedication" line, write in your Membership choice. For example, "Annual Membership" and specify Individual or Couple. 
  4. Click on "Donate"
  5. Choose your payment method.
Comments: For example, Spouse Name if you are submitting an "Annual Couples Membership," or you might say that you're mailing a check or you'll be bringing a check with you along to the onsite meeting. If you're registering early, you might put the Fiscal Year; ex.: 2026-27
