Spring 2020 Support Circles
While everyone is sharing the broader experience of upheaval and uncertainty, everyone is also experiencing this moment in time individually depending on their own circumstances. We'd like to create opportunities to connect and support one another based on the various challenges that are arising in this moment. Support Circles will take whatever form works best for you - we'll start with WhatsApp groups, and some circles may choose to just check in with one another through that medium, and others may decide to set up regular or one-off Zoom calls to check in.
Support circles will not be staffed by mental health professionals. If you'd like help connecting to campus resources, reach out to any Hillel professional and we'll help you navigate the resources that are available. You may also want to check out online resources like Calm, a meditation app, or TalkSpace, which offers virtual therapy.
