This order form is for the milk meetup at Walnut Creek Clubhouse on THURSDAY, September 3rd, at 1:30PM. Cash payment is preferred. If paying by Zelle, please remember to pay at time of pickup, or in advance, and be prepared to show proof of payment prior to receiving your milk. *THERE IS NOW A $1 CONVENIENCE FEE IF PAYING WITH ZELLE!* We no longer accept Venmo or Paypal. If paying with Zelle, there will be a $1 convenience fee per transaction. Please add $1 to your total each time you send Zelle. This is a fee that is being charged to us by the bank for each Zelle transaction received, therefore, in order for us to continue offering the convenience of electronic payments, we will have to pass this fee along to the customer. This is not a fee that goes to us. If paying with cash, this fee does not apply. *

A2A2 Raw Jersey (State Quantity of half gallon bottles desired. $13/half gallon, and there is a $5 refund/credit for every bottle actually returned. Credit can not be given if the bottles are not returned.) *
Bottle Returns (State quantity intended to return. $5 credit/refund. Please rinse thoroughly and do not return caps. We can only accept our own bottles, not those from other farms.) *
Pin Oak Farms Grade A raw goat milk. This is not from our dairy, but it is from a dear friend who is upholding the same high standards, and also bottling in glass. Please state quantity desired (if none, just put 0). Price is $18/half gallon, which includes the refundable $5 bottle deposit.
