A Secretaria de Relações Internacionais – SINTER solicita sua participação na pesquisa de satisfação abaixo. O objetivo da pesquisa é avaliar o atendimento da Coordenadoria de Programas Internacionais e da Coordenadoria de Convênios Internacionais, os dois setores da SINTER com atendimento flexibilizado (12 horas de atendimento ininterruptas) ao usuário.

Essa pesquisa é solicitada pela Comissão Permanente para Estudo e Acompanhamento da Flexibilização (CPFLEX) para avaliar se o usuário obteve benefícios reais com a ampliação do horário de atendimento.

Salientamos que as informações obtidas por meio deste questionário serão utilizadas exclusivamente para fins de avaliação do serviço prestado e serão mantidas sob sigilo. Desta forma, sinta-se à vontade para exprimir com tranquilidade sua opinião.

The Office of International Relations (SINTER) asks for your participation in this satisfaction survey, whose aim is to evaluate the services provided by the International Programs Coordination Office and the International Agreements Coordination Office, since these two sectors are operating with flexibilized working hours (offices open for 12 continuous hours).

This survey has been requested by the UFSC Permanent Commission for the Study and Monitoring of Flexibilization (CPFLEX) to evaluate if the users have obtained real benefits from the expansion of the office hours.

We stress that the information obtained through this questionnaire will be used exclusively for the purpose of evaluating the services provided and will be kept confidential. Thus, feel free to express your opinion honestly.
