Please read it carefully as this form acknowledges a commitment to financial obligations.

Summer School will take place from Monday, June 12 - Friday, June 30th. ONLY ONE ABSENCE IS ALLOWED during the summer school period. Please confirm your daughter will be available on these dates before registering to take a course.

$50 non-refundable deposit due at time of registration (charged through FACTS on Tuesday, February 28, 2017)
$375.00 - balance charged through FACTS on Friday, April 7, 2017

Summer School Credit Courses *
Students may only register for one credit course during the summer school program. Because students are receiving credit at the end of the course; only one absence will be allowed for each course. All courses will take place from Monday, June 12 - Friday, June 30th from 7:30am - 12:00pm. Registration for summer school courses will take place on a first-come; first served basis. **Please note all Honors courses will need teacher approval to register.
Payment Information
All payments for Summer School 2017 will take place through FACTS payment processing system.

A non-refundable $50 registration fee will be charged on February 28, 2017 through the FACTS payment system.
The $375.00 balance for the course will be charged on April 7, 2017.

Any student who wishes to DROP the course must contact Mrs. Minoso at mminoso@bobcats.olla.org via e-mail before Friday, June 9, 2017 for a refund of $375.00.
