Introduction to R for Data Analysis Workshop
The DELPHI Data Science Initiative is hosting a two-day Introduction to R for Data Analysis workshop from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM on Thursday, February 26, and Friday, February 27 . This is an IN-PERSON event to be held on the University of Utah campus (J Willard Marriott Library suite 2751). This course is open to ALL faculty, staff and students.

This two-day workshop introduces the R programming language and is designed for beginners who are new to R and coding. Specific topics covered include using RStudio and basic coding principles such as defining variables, vectors, and data frames, pipes, data manipulation with dplyr, and data visualization with ggplot2. 

Registration costs $120/person (Please pay via chartfield or credit card here). Breakfast, lunch, and refreshments will be provided. Please note that a limited number of need-based scholarships are available

Please note this is an interactive workshop using R. Participants are required to bring a laptop with R installed.
