I will conduct myself in a proper manner and will act respectfully towards members, guests, employees and property.

I will not consume alcohol, drugs, or tobacco (including vaping) at all while I am on Westwood property regardless if I am of age or not. All are prohibited by any employee while at Westwood.

I understand if I am in high school, I am expected to work at least one weekend day while school is in session.

Once school is out, I understand that I am expected to work 4-5 shifts per week as well as one weekend shift every week unless excused by the Head Golf Professional.

I understand that if I am assigned a shift and placed on the schedule, I will show up on time. Failure to do so, or calling off after the schedule has been posted will result in suspension and possibly termination.

If I am under 18 years of age, my parent or guardian will need to sign a consent form if I am hired.

I understand that I can be terminated at any time by the Head Golf Professional.
