Join us for an information session with the Ontario Studio's Executive Producer, Chanda Chevannes, to learn more about the Filmmaker Assistance Program (upcoming deadline: April 1st, 2023).

We will be discussing the application process, decision-making criteria, and how successful applicants work with the NFB to receive their funds.

Questions and live participation are encouraged.

Chanda Chevannes
Chanda is the Executive Producer at the NFB’s Ontario Studio, having joined the organization in September of 2022. Prior to this, she worked in the independent documentary industry for over 20 years as an award-winning filmmaker, writer, and educator. Chanda is a mother and a queer woman of color - identities that inform her work.
