Our location in downtown Denver's Civic Center Park serves as a great meeting place for the thousands who attend from all around the Denver Metro region, Colorado and the West. Our unique blend of urban dwellers, suburbanites, and people from around the mountainous front range come to the People's Fair to explore and purchase the great variety of arts and crafts, enjoy the delicious food and great entertainment, and to share the many experiences the Fair has to offer.

CODE OF CONDUCTBy submitting this application, you affirm that anyone affiliated with your organization and your booth will abide by the rules of the People’s Fair, including but not limited to: * No profanity—written or verbally expressed * No roaming the festival * No encroaching on another nonprofit, sponsor or exhibitor booth
***Anyone not following the rules or otherwise causing a disturbance in the festival may be removed by Fair Management and security***
-Exhibitors will be assigned a 10’x10’ space. Exhibitors must provide their own booth set-up, including appropriate tent, canopy or covering with proper weighting. You may bring your own but can also order through our onsite equipment vendor. Please note that space is very limited and applicants will be considered on a first come, first served basis.Exhibitors may not leave their assigned booth spaces to sell, solicit and/or distribute information or circulate petitions in the walkways.
-Exhibitors are responsible for the behavior of their volunteers while they are on site at the People’s Fair. The Fair will not tolerate harassment of fairgoers or other exhibitors nor will the Fair allow groups to congregate in the walkways. Any act or behavior deemed disruptive by Fair Management will result in expulsion from this year’s Fair and future Fairs.
-Tents, canopies, etc. may NOT be staked in Civic Center Park per the Rules and Regulations of Denver Parks and Recreation. Therefore, Exhibitors are responsible for having their tent, canopy, etc. secured with adequate weight.
-Exhibitors must be present at their booths (and within their booths) throughout the duration of the Fair.
-The Fair reserves the right to restrict exhibitors with respect to methods of operation and display. If, for any reason, an exhibit is deemed objectionable by Fair Management, the exhibit will be removed from the Fair.
-Exhibiting booth must represent the non-profit organization as indicated on the application.
-Booths may not be bought for resale.
-.There is no rain date and no refunds will be given for weather-related issues.
-Countdown packets will be available in May. The Countdown Packet provides detailed information regarding canopy/tent rentals, Fair policies, load-in/out days and times, instructions and other important information.
-Minimal security will be provided Friday and Saturday nights so all items of value should be removed from booths overnight. The Fair is not responsible for any loss of or damage to exhibitor property.
-Any discrepancy or violation of these rules may result in Fair Management exercising its right to remove the exhibitor.
-Exhibitors may not sell items that are represented by an agent or commission system.
-Exhibitors may not sell items in direct conflict with other aspects of the Fair (for example food/beverages or arts and crafts).
-Exhibitors must submit photographs or samples of items listed to be sold. (Items will not be returned.)
-The People's Fair staff reserves the right to accept or deny any item(s) to be sold.
-Electricity will be turned OFF over night.
-Vendors may NOT bring their own generators onsite.
-Electricity will be charged at $150 for the first 120 volt, 20 amp drop. If additional electricity is needed, please contact Becky for pricing.
Refund Schedule:- 100% Refund with notification: until March 30, 2018- 50% Refund with notification: March 31 - April 30 , 2018- 0% Refund: NO Refund will be given after April 30, 2018
By meeting the deadline in the refund schedule, you will receive a refund of a percentage (indicated in the refund schedule) of all fees due with the exception of the application fee (and processing fee if applicable). Refunds will be processed by check only.

REMEMBER: You must include all of the following in order for your application to be complete.
1. A completed application form.
2. Photos of your booth/items sold sent to email@example.com
3. Full payment for application fee and booth fees by check made payable to “Team Player Productions, Inc”), or completed credit card information.
4. A Full Description of Items to be sold: Vendor must submit a detailed list of items they intend on selling the weekend of the festival (no beverages permitted).
5. All non-profits new to the People's Fair must submit a copy of your organization's 501(c)(3) letter or non-profit incorporation certificate.
6. Certificate of liability insurance with the parameters given.
All vendors are required to to submit a Certificate of Insurance naming Team Player Productions, Inc 1539 Platte Street Suite 206 Denver, CO 80202 as Certificate Holder and as additional insured showing liability coverage for $1,000,000.00 incidental and $1,000,000.00 aggregate. This insurance policy must list the following information in the “Additional Insured” box: Team Player Productions, CHUN, People's Fair and their officers, members, volunteers, staff and agents, the City and County of Denver, its Elected and Appointed Officials, Employees and Volunteers, the State of Colorado, and the owners of any People's Fair related property as additional insured's.
Vendor hereby agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless People's Fair, and its respective officers, directors, employees, volunteers, agents and representatives, from all claims, suits, actions, damages, and liability (including without limitation reasonable attorney’s fees, costs and expenses of defense) for personal injury, death or property damage that arises out of or is caused, in whole or in part, by vendor negligence or wrongful misconduct conducted on the premises of the Event and its responsibilities herein. The foregoing indemnity shall apply regardless of whether the injury, death or property damage is contributed to by the active or passive negligence of vendor, but it will not apply to the extent that the injury, death or property damage is (i) caused solely by the negligence of People's Fair or its agents, volunteers or employees or (ii) is caused or contributed to by the intentional tortuous acts or gross negligence of People's Fair or its agents, volunteers or employees.
Vendor understands that only minimal security will be provided overnight, so all goods of value should be removed from the grounds. Team Player Productions nor People's Fair is responsible for lost or stolen items.
Vendor agrees that People's Fair may revoke immediately all of the rights of the Vendor, his/her agents or his/her employees to exhibit space at the People's Fair for violation of any policy, rule or procedures or for sale of any menu item(s) not previously approved by the People's Fair management.
People's Fair Management reserves the right to assign Vendor’s space in accordance with the best interest of the People's Fair.
By signing below, Vendor represents that all information provided on the application for Vendor space is true and correct. Vendor also represents that they have read and understand all the policies and procedures outlined herein and in the People's Fair application and fee schedule, and it is agreed that all information included in this document is part of this contract and no other agreement shall be binding upon the parties unless in writing and signed by the President and CEO of the People's Fair.
