If your child or children will be a car rider for the 2024-2025 school year, you must complete this form then you will be issued a car rider number.  Your child or children's  teacher MUST be informed as to which days each week your child is to be dismissed to the car rider area as opposed to the bus ramp. Please include the names of all your children and their teachers if you have more than one child.  Also, remember to keep the main office informed of ANY changes to these instructions.
