Thank you for your interest in the Afternoon Preschool Class on the Clays Mill campus of the Fayette Cooperating Preschool. To reserve space for your child for the 2020-2021 school year please complete this registration form and remit the non-refundable $225 registration/supply fee within 5 business days to:

Children attend the Afternoon Preschool three days per week, from 12:15 until 3:15 p.m. on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at our Clays Mill campus.  Students may add one or two additional days by choosing to join Lunch Bunch on Mondays and Fridays. Students who sign up for these Lunch Bunch afternoon sessions will bring a packed lunch and attend from 11:30 until 2 p.m. on those days.  No parent volunteer days are required for Lunch Bunch.

Co-op offers a Traditional Parent Participation option and a Modified Parent Participation option.  The modified option gives parents the choice to work fewer days in the classroom (approximately half) for an additional cost.  For example, in the afternoon class, parents work approximately 18 times during the school year.  With the modified option, parents would pay an extra $360 (or $36 per month-10 payments) and work approximately 9 times during the school year.  Please see the tuition chart below for details.

In order to confirm enrollment parents must pay a deposit equal to 10% of the annual tuition by May 1, 2020 (or upon registration if after May 1).  This deposit will be applied to the last month's tuition, due in May 2021.  Your child’s place will not be confirmed until this tuition deposit is received. The signed enrollment contract and the child's birth certificate will also be due on May 1.

Tuition may be paid annually, semi-annually or monthly.  Families who pay monthly will make 10 payments, and these families must participate in an automated tuition payment plan.  Monthly tuition fees are:

Traditional Parent Participation:
     # of Attendance Days: 3 days per week

     Annual Tuition: $1950.00 or 10 payments of $ 195.00

     Approx. # of work days: 18

     Lunch Bunch:  $ 650.00/day added, or 10 payments of  $ 65.00  (No additional work days)

Modified Parent Participation:
     # of Attendance Days: 3 days per week

     Annual Tuition:  $2310.00 or 10 payments of $ 231.00
 
     Approx. # of work days:  9

     Lunch Bunch: $ 650.00/day added or 10 payments of  $ 65.00 (No additional work days)
