Women in Blockchain Talks is growing! And one of the key things that is important to us is DEI.

For that reason we have created different types of content to appeal and attract women and marginalised group from an international background.

Eligibility

Anyone who is willing to step up be bold and brave in Blockchain! If you have experience of running a community even better.
Anyone who is based in a part of the world where there is a need for blockchain education, community, empowerment and evolution especially for women.
Anyone who is an active member (free or paid) of our community.
To keep in line with what WiBT stands for we are looking for female leaders but open to male co-leads. We generally work in threes so 1 x Global Chapter Lead (female) and 2 x co-leads (1 x male / 1 x female or 2 x females)
Have the time to commitment for at least 12 months and accept that this is a voluntary position.
