Society Minister of Arts and Sciences expectations: first and foremost is that you not be too hard on yourselves. we are volunteers, with an important job to do, but we are volunteers. I know that you took on the KMoAS position because you have a love for the Arts and Sciences, so do not be worried about asking me questions, if you don't understand something or if you just need some help with an issue. Also don't be worried about pointing out to me if I am misinterpreting something, it happens. Reports are due four times per year. March 15 , June 15th, September 15th, and Dec. 15th, If you know you cannot submit a report on time, let me know as soon as you know. We will try and figure it out together. If you miss one report you will be forgiven, two in a row is serious and other steps will need to be taken. My goal is to send a reminder a month in advance then again the week before.
I will contact you to work out the issue if you miss one report. If you miss two quarterly reports I may have to start the process of removal from office. On every report I need your SCA name, your Legal name, Address, Phone, Email, your membership number and expiration date, and the date you started as the KMoAS and the date that you normally would expect to step down. I would like to know anything that happened in the Arts and S world that you thought was cool, article written, a particularly cool idea or anything else you loved about A and S included in on this report. I would also like to know about any events that where either all or mostly about the Arts and Sciences. I would like to know how you are keeping record of what classes where taught, average attendance of the classes taught, where and by whom.
Any suggestions, ideas, or anything else is always welcome.
NO [DOOMSDAY] report is requested or required at the end of every year.
