PRESS MEDLEY
On the "GO" command, the competitor will lift the log to full locked out position. Athlete must wait for the judges down command, then return the log to the pads under control, guiding the log down. Athlete then moves on to lift the sandbag overhead to full locked out position and wait for the judges down command. Competitor will go back and forth until time is up. You will not be allowed to move on to the next implement if you do not get a down command from your judges or you fail the lift.           
Dropping the log/sandbag to the pads (ground) from locked out position will result in a no rep and competitor will not be allowed to attempt the lift again. Competitors will have 60 seconds to complete as many reps as possible. Women will lift with a 10 inch diameter log and Men will lift with a 12 inch diameter log.

YES: belts, under-belts, elbow sleeves, gloves, wrist wraps | 
NO: tacky, or pressing off the head
Time Limit: 60 seconds 
CHAIN YOKE CARRY
Athletes can start under the yoke but not lifting it. Hands can NOT be on the chains. On the "GO" command, competitor will pick the yoke up and carry it 50 feet then turn around and return to starting position for a total of 100 feet. Competitor will get a turn command at the 50-foot mark once the competitors foot crosses the turn line. The timer will stop once the competitor's foot crosses the finish line. Competitors that don't complete the course in the time allowance will be given a distance credit for the scoresheet.

YES: grip shirt, belts, under belts, elbow sleeve, knee sleeves and knee wraps are all allowed for this event.
NO: tacky of any kind
Time Limit: 60 seconds 
MAX FRAME DEADLIFT
RISING BAR FRAME DEADLIFT 

On the "GO" command, competitor will have 30 seconds to deadlift the weight from the ground to locked out position. Athletes must wait for the judges down command for lift to be successful. Competitors must guide the implement back down to the mats or floor. If the competitor drops the implement from a locked-out position it will result in a no rep, even if the lift was successful. Opening weights and weight jumps are listed below for both men and women. Both men and women will be lifting with a Boneyard custom made Frame.

Weights will increase throughout the round and not be reduced once a weight jump has been made. There will only be one round of this event until all competitors have completed their attempts or have been disqualified.

YES: suits, briefs, lifting straps, figure 8 straps also allowed (However they must be tight and the hands have to be around/holding the bar). 
NO: tacky, lifting hooks.
Time Limit: 30 seconds per weight attempt

**Women Opening Deadlift Weight & 20lb Weight Jumps - 265lbs, 285lbs, 305lbs, 325lbs, 345lbs...etc.
**Men Opening Deadlift Weight & 40lb Weight Jumps - 445lbs, 485lbs, 525lbs, 565lbs, 605lbs...ect.
HERCULES HOLD
Competitors will be allowed to take hold of the handles before the "GO" command. It is up to the athlete to determine when they feel the pillars are even on both sides as it is not possible to have them held up by any other means except for volunteers spotters.
 Competitors will have unlimited time for this event. Once the competitor has informed the judge they are set, the judge will give the go command and the spotters will let go of both pillars.
 Athletes will hold the handles for as long as they can. Arms must be fully extended. Time will end when the athlete lets go of one or both handles OR if the athlete becomes off balance and pulls one of the pillars back towards them. Judge will call time if they see any of these things. 

YES: Chalk, Gloves, Belts.
NO: tackey of any kind, lifting straps, versa straps, lifting hooks.
ATLAS STONE MEDLEY
In this event, competitors will face 3 stones at varying distances from the Yoke: 10', 8', 6'.

Competitor will start behind the mat. On the "GO" command, competitor will step up to the first stone, pick it up, carry it and load it over the yoke. Competitor then repeats for the second and third stone. Finally, competitor loads the heaviest/third stone over the bar for reps.

The platform and bar will be 48” for all classes. 60 second time limit. Split times on each load.

YES: Tacky Towels, Gloves, Chalk, Sleeves, Knee Wraps, Belt, Stretchy Shorts/Briefs, Grip Shirts
NO: Tacky
