Rental Fees and Details
We only rent our space after business hours.
Rentals are $150 an hour and move to $200 an hour after midnight.
Rentals on holiday are $250 an hour
These prices DO NOT include staff costs
All rentals require a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT of $100.00 to secure a rental date. This deposit is applicable to your total rental fee. Once your rental date has been confirmed, you will be emailed an invoice to pay your deposit online.
Security / Damage
All rentals REQUIRE a credit card number to be placed on file. THIS CARD WILL NOT BE USED FOR YOUR DEPOSIT OR BALANCE. This policy is in place in case of damage caused by rental client's event to Hodgepodge spaces, property, artwork and / or staff / violation of rental policy by rental client.
In the event of inclement weather on the day of your event, we are happy to work with you to reschedule for another day. If you choose not to reschedule, 50% of your rental deposit ($50.00) will be refunded.
