2018 Capital of Texas QuiltFest Vendor Registration
Update as of 5/12 we are FULL - you may still fill out the application below but you will be placed on the wait list and no payment will be accepted until a space becomes available.

Thank you for your interest in participating in the 2018 Capital of Texas QuiltFest as a vendor.

Booth spaces will be reserved in the order payment is received. After you submit this registration form and it is approved by the QuiltFest Committee, you will receive an email with a link to our online payment page as well as a copy of this form, and a list of our QuiltFest Rules and Regulations.

Electronic submission and online payment are recommended and the best way to guarantee your space early.

2018 QuiltFest Dates and Times

Friday, September 28th, 2018: 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Saturday, September 29th, 2018: 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Sunday, September 30th, 2018: 12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
