ESS Lounge - Event Space Request Form
The ESS Lounge is now available for bookings related to university associated events or activities for any student-run societies. If you are looking to book the space (for meetings, events or any other student run socials) in the ESS lounge, you must submit this Event Form. The space is generally available for evenings and the weekends, when it is not booked the lounge is available as a student study space. Prior to your request for event support please be aware:
  • you do not need to know all of the details for your event before you submit your request, we just need a date and time
  • submission of the form does not guarentee that the space is available for your event
  • events hosted must meet a maximum capacity of 20 people in the space
  • If you need plates, spoons etc. for the event please make sure to clarify that prior to event
Following your submission, you will be contacted by the ESS VP of Operations regarding availability and the following steps to book the space (Please allow 1-3 business days to recieve a response). Feel free to email vpoperations.ess@uwaterloo.ca for any further information or follow-ups.
