UT Creamery - Ice Cream Bulk Sales Request Form

To ensure we can accommodate your request, please note the following requirements:

-We require a minimum of a two-week advance notice prior to your request date to service up to 200 people and a five-week advance notice for 500 or more people.                                       

-Approval from the UT Creamery, including an emailed quote, must be obtained before your order can be confirmed.
