Build Bazaar is a pop-up marketplace where vendors have the opportunity to sell their products, market their business, and network with customers. The 25th Annual Concert of Colors is a celebration of diversity through music from around the world, including the indigenous music of Detroit. WHO SHOULD APPLY:Youth vendors ages 7-15 selling crafts, art, food, etc. Any food must be prepackaged.Space is limited.Youth vendors must be accompanied by a parent/care-giver at all times during the Bazaar.
Applications are accepted on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED basis and will be curated for relevancy and professionalism.
Applications are DUE FRIDAY, JUNE 16. Acceptance letters will be sent out by FRIDAY, JUNE 23. Upon acceptance, you will receive a confirmation email with payment information.
YOUTH Vendor Fee -- Your NON-REFUNDABLE vendor fee is due immediately upon acceptance.$15 for 1 day. $25 for 2 days.
Schedule -- Arrival, set-up, and breakdown information will be sent closer to the event date.
Tables --Tables and chairs will be provided. You may bring table cloths and anything else needed for your table. Use the space to really design and showcase your work.
Parking --Set-up, loading, and parking information will be sent closer to the event date.
Cancellation -- Accepted vendors withdrawing from the event will NOT be refunded their vendor fee. No-shows may be prohibited from future Build Bazaars.
Marketing --Build and Concert of Colors will promote the event on websites, social media, press releases, radio, etc. We ask that you tap into your network and promote the event as well. Let your customers know you will be there!Use #startwithbuild @startwithbuild #concertofcolors25
