Completing this form does not guarantee an appointment to the Board, but rather, it is a step in the mutual exploration of interest between the individual and GMC. Accompanying this form is a link to the Board of Directors Expectations. Before fully submitting your interest form, please read the Expectations document so you are aware of the commitment an individual makes to GMC when they become a Board member.
