-All staff members are required to work at least 1 hour a week and 4 hours a month
-It is recommended that you complete your 1 hour every week, however, it is acceptable to have a make-up week to compensate for not completing your responsibilities. *Note- there is a box to explain why you needed to make it up*
-If you have not completed your 4 hours for the month you will be put on a probationary period of 2 weeks. In these 2 weeks, in order to prove your sincerity in being a staff member, you must complete 6 hours of work, 4 for the weeks that you missed and 2 for the weeks you are required to work anyways.
-Failure to show your dedication will result in your termination as a staff member. There is plenty of time in the week.
-All staff members are required to come to 2/4 meetings in the month.
-CIC or STIC is a requirement for each semester
*YOU WILL BE UNABLE TO ACHIEVE THE RANK OF C/COLONEL IF YOU SLACK OFF*
EXAMPLES OF STAFF RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Logistics work (Wings, sorting uniforms, organizing files, etc.)
-Cleaning the staff office
-Working on an event as a CIC or STIC
-Doing a job for the Cadre
-2 or more Color Guard events
FLYBY DOES NOT REWARD 1 HOUR OF SERVICE- FIND A DIFFERENT JOB
