Upon filling out this booking request, we will contact you to go over details and availability before the order is completed. A 25% deposit is required to confirm the booking. Dates cannot be held unless a deposit is paid. Deposits can be paid via e-transfer, cheque, paypal or cash.

Member Bookings are for artist and company level members for bookings of 1 to 28 days
    -Member bookings cost $250 per day
    -Rentals do not include tech hours with our in-house technician
    -Rentals include use of all equipment (lighting, projection, sound system, etc.)
    -3+ day rentals will receive a 10% discount.
    -7+ or more day rentals will receive a 20% discount.
    -Company Member bookings include 2 free month long ads on our Lobby TV
