Choco Story - Book a guide
We're happy to organize your guided tour of the Choco Story Museum.

Guided tours are available on request only, and must be booked at least three weeks in advance. After three weeks, we'll do our best to meet your expectations.

Tour reservations must be approved by Choco Story Brussels.

Reservations for guided tours are subject to availability.

Groups are composed of a maximum of 20 people per guide, or 25 people per guide for school groups. Two guides may start at the same time. If the group is made up of more than 40 people (50 in the case of school groups), part of the group will have to be postponed by a quarter of an hour.

First possibility of visit: 10:00 / last possibility of visit: 16:30

Duration of visit: approx. 1h30

Guide fee: payable in advance by bank transfer
o day: €125 / guide
o evening (after 17h30): €150 / guide

General conditions:
-The reservation of the service is made via this online form and is final. For any subsequent changes, please contact info@itineraires.be. We do not make optional reservations.
-Itineraries cannot be held responsible for any accidents or other damage that may occur during the tours. Itineraries cannot be held responsible for any last minute changes in the guide's schedule.
-Payment: to be made BEFORE the service, by bank transfer, on the basis of an invoice whose details and reference will be sent in good time. No cash, cheques or credit cards.
-Delay: the guide will wait for the group during 15 minutes, beyond this waiting time, we cannot guarantee the accomplishment of the mission
-Cancellation: must be communicated by email, at least the day before the service.
-Modification: any modification made by the client in the schedules, meeting place, theme(s), language(s), date(s), of the services of the visit confirmed by this contract must be notified at the latest 3 working days before the date of the service. Less than three days before the date of the service, we cannot guarantee the requested change.
-CANCELLATION CONDITIONS: 50% of the total amount to be paid if cancelled within 15 working days of the service
75% of the total amount to be paid if cancellation is made 10 working days before the event
100% of the total amount to be paid if cancellation  is made 7 working days before the event
-REPORT CONDITIONS: 50% of the total amount to be paid if dethe visit is postponed to another date within 10 working days of the event
75% of the total amount to be paid if postponed 5 working days before the event
100% of the total amount to be paid if postponed the day before the service
-In the event of non-compliance with the working conditions of Itinéraires sur les Sentiers de l'Histoire, Itinéraires reserves the right to cancel the service / order form without any possible recourse.
