NB : We now have 15 drivers entered (event limit = 15).
Some of these drivers may still drop out before the event. If you'd like to be considered as a "Reserve" & contacted if someone drops out, please submit an entry form.
We will not request payment until we've contacted you & you agree you can enter.


You MUST use this form to provide your trial entry details AND to Sign-On PRIOR to the event.
**THERE WILL BE NO SIGNING-ON on event day** 
If the Event has to be cancelled at the last moment, we'll use your Mobile no. to contact you to save you travelling !
**NO FORM Submission = NO ENTRY ! **

Double / Shared drives of a single car is OK. Triple drives NOT permitted.
Passengers (Co-drivers / Navigators) ARE PERMITTED (No payment reqd)

Drivers need to ensure their passenger has submitted a form !
** Spectators are permitted**

Other ALRC Club competitors are welcome !

This entry form can be used ONLY for a single competitor (Driver or Passenger / Navigator) to enter this trial.
***EACH COMPETITOR SHOULD FILL OUT & SUBMIT A SEPARATE FORM***

Marshals / Officials should Sign-on via the separate form on the “Officials & Marshals” webpage here https://www.mroc.co.uk/trialling/officials-marshals (It’s a simpler form with a different Signing-On Declaration).

Drivers will be limited to 15 max for the Timed Trial (We may increase this to 18 IF there is demand).
After entry lists are full we will accept Reserve Entries in case of drop-outs / change of circumstances.
Reserve Entries will NOT need to pay unless they can take part. Reserves will be contacted on the basis of earliest entry received first.

A parent / guardian can submit the form on behalf of Under 18 competitors, but note you are responsible for the declarations in the Motorsport UK Signing-On Declaration at the end of this form

FACILITIES : The trials site does not have toilet or catering facilities. However toilets are available via the campsite opposite.
Overnight camping is possible on the campsite opposite the trials site. Contact the landowner via their website if interested (https://www.crosshandscotswolds.co.uk/). There’s a choice of using your own tent / caravan or hiring a landowner caravan or log cabin.
***NB The Greedy Goose Pub is NOW CLOSED. Camping is no longer available via their separate campsite!***

Due to the higher Safety Requirements for Timed Trials (eg Approved Helmets, Windscreen / goggles etc) PLEASE ensure you read the Event SRs (Found on the website OR in the Event Calendar info) prior to submitting an entry.

***Entry Cost : Timed Trial entry is £30 per driver. This trial is Pre-Pay only***
Passengers are FREE.
Payment can be via PayPal or Bank Transfer /BACS & is separate to the Entry / SOD (Signing-On Declaration) submission.
We suggest payment is delayed until approx. 7 days prior to the event in case of pre-event issues (unlikely, but possible !). Payment MUST BE received by 12am 9th Nov. to be accepted for an entry. Entries are reserved in order of payment received.
NB If payment is not made by the above date, your entry may be rejected & a reserve driver chosen.
If you have doubts about your attendance, we’d prefer you to pay via BACS as we can issue refunds if you can’t attend on the day or the event is cancelled.
If you pay via PayPal & you can’t attend the event, payment can be “rolled over” to another MROC event within 2 years. PLEASE let us know if you can't attend, but have entered.

NB 1 : Please identify the name of any “Double” driver of your vehicle so we can plan the vehicle running order & any driver “Groups” if we have to run multiple groups.
NB 2 : Drivers of 16 or over permitted to drive if passenger has Full RTA Licence & driver has completed 4 CCV Trials - in-line with Ms UK Blue Book Section P 24.3.2 (page 258)
NB 3 : ALL COMPETITORS NEED TO HAVE A VALID Club Membership card & Ms UK Competition Licence & Vehicle Logbook (CCV only). Please bring these to events as there will be spot checks (a photo of the Ms UK Comp Licence shown via a Smart Phone will be acceptable).
NB 4 : Vehicles will be checked for safety related issues as part of Scrutineering & excluded if considered unsafe & not fixable on the spot.
