The survey is now left open to collect more responses from people who are playing the role of Data Scientists.
Note that prefixes like Junior, Senior, Chief, Lead, Principal, BI, specializations (ex CRM ), etc before Data Scientist title are all considered in Data Scientist category. So if you are a Data Scientist by title or by role please take up the survey.

We plan to update the DADSSR report once in 3 months.

No. No access to any of the production data, not even to anonymized prod data. I have access only to non-prod environments (Dev, QA, etc).
