SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS
1. Insurance - must be submitted three weeks prior to the festival. You can submit it online under Supporting Documents.
2. Logos - Email high-resolution logos to cristina@oakportmedia.com with the subject line - FDF Vendor Logo. Please provide the full name of the business in the message. Send as soon as possible to start the promotion schedule.
3. Booth layout picture - Email pictures to cristina@oakportmedia.com with the subject line - Booth Layout. Please provide the full name of the business in the message.

2. Festival Bags
Anyone selling on-site will be required to use F&DF bags that are provided by US. Starting with 50 bags @ $.50/bag.
3. Your Booth Includes
Black & White 8ft draped back-wall and 3ft side rails, 2 free admission passes.
