Lancaster Cohousing Integration Experience Next ones Sat 18 April and Sat 4th July (with option of staying in the area for the weekend)
Our integration days are for people who are seriously interested in coming to live at Lancaster Cohousing. They are usually only open to people who have attended one of our monthly tours and been in touch with the membership team about their plans.
Please return this form as soon as possible. To be sure of a place we need responses by 2 weeks before the next integration weekend
This is a chance to come and experience life at Lancaster Cohousing, meet some of us, eat with us, maybe cook and wash up with us, and find out about what living at Forgebank could mean for you. The integration day includes a chance to see any houses and flats currently for sale, and an 'integration meeting' where you'll hear from members of the Membership and Integration Service Team about the detail of living here. You will have a chance to get all your questions answered. Have you looked at our website (
)? Does Cohousing seem like something you would consider as a way of living?
To cover our expenses the cost of the visit is £15 per adult (for children please make an appropriate donation) plus the actual cost of meals (see below). Exceptionally we may be able to organise accommodation, but we recommend that you look for accommodation locally for the weekend - so you can explore the area while you're here - and arrange to spend the Saturday with us
There is usually the ;possibility (optional) of you joining us for dinner on the Friday evening, arrive any time from 5 and join us for dinner from 5.45pm.
if you'd like to discuss any of this beforehand, and particularly if you'd like to ask about bringing animals or if you'd like to discuss any access issues.

Costs: the cost for the weekend is £15 per adult (for children please make an appropriate donation) plus the actual cost of accommodation and meals. Accommodation in our guestrooms or sharing in members' homes costs £7.50 per night per bed, plus £10 cleaning fee. Meals are £3.00 each . I understand that I will be liable for these costs for my party and will bring cash to pay for them (contact us if you'd prefer to pay by BACS in advance).
Is there any type of community activity that you would particularly like to be involved in, out of: assisting with cooking, assisting with washing up, gardens/land work, other (please state).
Please tell us a bit about yourself, and about what interests you about Lancaster Cohousing or cohousing in general (this would be in the form of a 'minibio' that we can circulate in advance to members here so you won't arrive 'cold'!)
Do you have any questions? Please write them here or email us (contact details at the top of the form)
We will keep your information on file for the purposes of organising the integration weekends. If you're not already on our mailing list(s) and would like to hear news from Lancaster Cohousing and info about houses and flats for sale or rent, please also complete our mailing list form here:
