The Classroom Leaders of Color fellowship is an opportunity for Boston-based early career classroom teachers of color. Educators of color deserve the support, resources, and community necessary to flourish in the profession and to ensure all students, particularly students of color, have more happy, healthy, and thriving veteran educators of color.
Apply to be a CLOC Coach/Mentor where veteran Educators of Color with shared identities will meet the specific needs of early career educators of color, while developing, maintaining, and improving the skills and tools to increase their input, impact, and income, towards a more sustainable profession.

Required Qualifications Four or more years of classroom teaching experience
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited US college or university
Employee in good standing in their current school/ district employment
Previous instructional coaching experience

Note: Applicants must submit their application by October 28th before moving on to the second round of one on one interviews with the TTL team. (If applicable) School leaders must also confirm Coach/Mentor participation before November 4th, 2022.
