From time to time, in various school activities, we like to take pictures and videos of our staff and students. These photos are used on our Website, Twitter, Facebook and on some printed materials in school.

We need your consent to use and store information about your child. This consent will be used for the purpose of educating pupils, promoting the school or promoting or promoting public education. In order to comply with the current data protection legislation, we require your consent in the following areas.

Conditions of Use:
1: This form is valid until your child leaves the school or until you advise us of any changes to consent.

2. We will not use the full name (which means first name and surname) but may use the first name of any child or adult in a photographic image on video, on our website, in our school.

3. We will not include your or your child's personal  email or postal address, telephone or fax numbers on video, on our website, in our school prospectus or in other printed publications.
