SWAA Membership Entitlement and Fee Structure
 The membership year runs through July 1st – June 30th. All new memberships will be valid through June 30th of each year.
* Areas on this document must be filled out with the correct information before sending back to us. If the information given is not correct, your application will not be void and you will have to start the process again.
Once your application is confirmed, you will need to send a confirmation of payment to us. Once payment is confirmed you will be sent a welcome email and issued a member log in code.
