Hi there! Thanks for your interest in hosting an event and/or renting space at Stoble. Please fill out this short form to give us a little more information about your event and our Events Manager will reach out to you! 

This is a request form only--filling out this form does not guarantee a space rental or booking until you receive written confirmation from our events manager.

*ROOFTOP or CAFE MAIN/MEZZANINE RENTALS*
  • AVAILABLE DAILY
  • REQUIRES A 3-HOUR MINIMUM BOOKING COMITTMENT. 
  • *Rooftop bookings can start as early as 4:30pm when our cafe is closed and must conclude by 10:00pm.*
*ATRIUM RENTALS*
  • AVAILABLE SATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS 
  • REQUIRES A 2-HOUR MINIMUM BOOKING COMITTMENT
  • *Atrium bookings can start as early as 7:30am when our cafe opens and must end by 3:30pm*

ROOM/SPACE CAPACITIES:
-ROOFTOP: maximum 114 people; 80-90 people for seated events
-CAFE MAIN + MEZZANINE: maximum 115 people; 75-80 people for seated events
-ATRIUM: maximum 75 people; 50 people comfortably; 25-30 people for seated events
-WORKPLACE CLASSROOM: 25-30 people
-CAFE LOUNGE: 15-20 people
-LARGE CONFERENCE ROOM: 12-14 people
-MEDIUM CONFERENCE ROOM: 8 people

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
-Our conference rooms, collab rooms, and classroom spaces are available to book by the hour at: https://stoble.officernd.com/public/calendar

-Our ROOFTOP and our CAFE MAIN + MEZZANINE FLOORS ARE AVAILABLE TO RENT DAILY AFTER 4:30PM. Events can go as late as 10pm, with clean-up going no later than 11pm.
-ROOFTOP or CAFE RENTALS START AT $300 PER HOUR WITH A 3-HOUR MINIMUM COMMITTMENT
 including a $300 non-refundable deposit to hold your event date (applied to your overall total)
-ROOFTOP rentals are completely separate than CAFE MAIN + MEZZANINE FLOORS RENTALS. You can rent all at once, but additional costs for added space and staffing will apply.

-Our ATRIUM is available to rent SATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS between the hours of 7:30AM and 3:30PM
-ATRIUM RENTALS START AT $150 PER HOUR WITH A 2-HOUR MINIMUM COMMITTMENT 
  including a $150 non-refundable deposit to hold your event date (applied to your overall total)
-ATRIUM RENTALS include access to the main floor of the Workplace ONLY. No access to the Mezzanine or Sublevels of the Workplace are included.

-ALL ROOFTOPCAFE, and ATRIUM RENTALS MUST BE BOOKED A MINIMUM OF 3-WEEKS IN ADVANCE. Stoble reserves the right to refuse any booking requests if adequate staffing is not available.

Event Logistics
  • important note: NO HARD ALCOHOL allowed on the premises + you must obtain written permission from Stoble to bring in any alcohol, with a $100 corkage fee.
  • any alcohol (from Stoble or outside alcohol) requires Stoble serving staff to serve it to guests
  • food note: outside food/catering is allowed, outside catering fees do apply.
  • Set-up and clean-up times are part of your chargeable time
