    We prefer that you pay your full tuition amount up front, because this provides ease and helps us cover up-front expenses like flights, the retreat center, and materials. However, we are happy to save your space in the training with a $300 deposit. Reminder: Filling out this form does not require you to make a payment at this time. You can also send a check.     H. Cancellation and Refund Policy

    • If WE cancel this retreat for ANY reason, you receive a full refund of all Tuition and Room and Board payments. A. TUITION: 1. If you cancel any time before the start of the retreat, you may apply 100% of your tuition payment toward a future event with Compassionate Communication of Central Ohio. 2. You may transfer 100% of your tuition payment to another participant (assuming that they qualify to attend this event) 3. If you want a refund and cancel by April 5, 2018, you will receive a full refund minus a 15% administrative fee. 4. If you want a refund and cancel between April 6, 2018 and May 5, 2018 you will receive a refund minus a 20% administrative fee. 5. Refunds are not available if you cancel after May 5, 2018 if you do not show up, or if you leave the event early. B. ROOM & BOARD: 1. If you cancel by April 5, 2018 you can receive a full refund of your room and board payments. 2. If you cancel after April 5, 2018 you can receive a full refund of your room and board payments only if we are not charged by the retreat center.* (* The earlier in the process that you cancel, the more likely we can negotiate with the retreat center to not be charged for your room and board, and/or fill your space with another registrant)
