Located in San Francisco's Pacific Heights neighborhood, on top of a hill with a 180-degree panoramic north-facing view of the San Francisco Bay, the Flood Mansion transforms from a school by day (Schools of the Sacred Heart San Francisco) into a private event venue with over 9,000 square feet of space available for rental.
Before you complete this form to submit an inquiry, please also read the following:
(1) The Flood Mansion is a school by day and located in a residential area. In order to minimize disturbance to our neighbors, events are required to end by 10:30 p.m. Fridays-Saturdays and by 9:30 p.m. Sundays-Thursdays, with another 1.5 hours allowed post-event for vendor breakdown.
2) Our venue capacity is 200 seated or 300 standing due to fire code. Wedding ceremonies in the courtyard are limited to 180 seated. Our space can also accommodate smaller, more intimate events.
3) Our current rental fee is $11,500 ($1000 of which is a refundable damage deposit) for up to 12 hours use of the space on weekends (7-8 hours on weekdays), including setup/breakdown time. The fee also covers security staffing and janitorial services before/after. Catering is separate and chosen from our approved list. We also require a valet and/or shuttle arrangement to handle the transportation needs of your guests, as well as additional event liability insurance.
