Pacific Breeze Tours Inc. - Tour, Adventure and Excursion General Terms and Conditions

PAYMENT:
Full payment is due upon registration confirmation in order to hold your place on a tour, adventure or excursion.

CANCELLATION:
It is understood by all concerned parties that Pacific Breeze Tours Inc. ("Pacific Breeze") tours, adventures and excursions (collectively "Tour") are, amongst other factors, weather dependent and as such, postponement or even cancellation can occur. Participant understands that a secondary date, if possible, may be chosen in the event of a cancellation of a given Tour. If a Tour does commence and encounters inclement weather or other factors which prevents completion of the tour, participants will remain responsible for paying all incurred costs borne by Pacific Breeze to that point.

PARTICIPANT CANCELLATION AND NON ATTENDANCE
A credit for use on a future Tour or a refund (less a $30 administration fee) will be granted to participants that cancel Thirty-one (31) or more days prior to the scheduled date of the Tour. Only a Tour credit will be issued in the event of participant cancellation within 30 days of the scheduled Tour or in the event of participant non attendance on the day of the Tour. The participant (or alternate) will be able to use this credit to attend a future Tour at no additional cost for up to one year from the date of the original Tour.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY:
Participant acknowledges that Participant will need to sign a WAIVER OF LIABILITY for each tour the Participant attends. The WAIVER OF LIABILITY will be provided upon Participant registration in such Tour.

PHOTOGRAPHS:
Participant acknowledges and agrees that photographs/video or images of the participant may be taken during a Tour and used by GeoHistory for publicity purposes, including but not limited to the website, printed materials and social media, without any compensation, financial or otherwise to Participant.

EMERGENCY TRANSPORTATION AND MEDICAL CARE: Medical transportation, early removal, and/or evacuation costs are the responsibility of the participant.
