This is a PREMIUM location in the same building as the weigh off for Artisan Vendors
We will be jurying all applications: vendors with pumpkin products will have preference in our selection
This will be a 3 day location (meaning you must be set up & operating all 3 days): Friday, Saturday, Sunday
The hours are not set yet but likely as follows:
Friday 4-8
Saturday 10-6
Sunday 10-3
10x10 booth style: $375
10x20 booth style $750
Power will be an additional: $50
Corner Spot: additional $75
Acceptance will be sent out by first weekend in July
Vendors accepted for this space MUST be set up by 4pm on Friday October 4th and MUST be taken down no later then 6pm on Sunday October 6th (these are tentative dates/times will be confirmed prior too)
You will be responsible for your own set up in your space
We have security hired and the hall will be locked every night but we are not responsible for any theft or loss

If you are accepted to the fair, you will find out in July via email and payment will be due by August 15 by etransfer, cheque or credit card (additional credit card processing fees would be applied)
