), has a singular purpose: to effectively track, document, and aggregate the impact of lost work, opportunity, wages, funding and employment on stage directors in the United States.
This information will ONLY be used to develop a national picture of the damage to our community, and as a tool to advocate for additional national resources from government officials, grantmakers, and other stakeholders who can provide support to affected directors nationwide. Your participation is essential, and we are grateful for any information you would like to share! All questions are optional, and your anonymity will be protected in all uses of this data.
We realize the impact and damage to individual directors may continue long after one completes this survey; the survey will allow you to revisit this site and edit the information. You may also complete the survey more than once to track additional losses, should they appear in the future. Either way will effectively track the information.
