AGREE TO SUBMISSION: HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT By completing and submitting this form, you agree to protect, defend, indemnify Hillside Palms RV Park and its officers, owners, workers and agents free and harmless from and against any and all losses, damages, injuries, settlements, costs, charges, professional fees, or other expenses or liabilities of every kind and character arising out of or relating to any and all claims, liens, demands, obligations, actions, proceedings or causes of action of every kind and character in connection with or arising directly or indirectly out of reserving, visiting, parking or staying at Hillside Palms RV Park, whether it be personal injury or property damage including but not limited to vehicles of any resident or their guests by any other resident, guest, worker, contractor or by any of the following, but not limited to fire, electrical, theft, or acts of God or nature, including water, sewer, flood, rocks, weather, erosion, animal and critters, uneven ground, steep drop offs, or grass or plants, road conditions, or land movement. By staying with us, visiting the property or storing your personal property and vehicles with us and/or requesting a reservation, you assume all liability and are responsible for your driving, parking, storage, and living while on Hillside Palms property. *

Due to COVID-19 and in accordance with CDC travel and hospitality recommendations and in a sincere concern and attempt to protect all our guests, we have a few practical requests. We prefer to accept contact-free payments and for your convenience, we have Venmo @hillsidepalmsrvpark or we take Credit Card Payments by phone or online. All spaces are full hookups and we have no public facilities. Therefore, you can enjoy the privacy, comfort and safety of your own RV. If you have a dog or cat, we require you to pick up immediately after your pet. If you do not, there is a $100 fine per incident added to your rent. We want you to have a wonderful stay with us and during this challenging time, we ask that all tenants practice social distancing of at least 6 feet and practice extra vigilant hygiene as advised by the CDC and healthcare professionals.
