Course Description: QuaranTEEN's Computer Science course will discuss a different CS topic every time for half an hour/hour or this hour can be for discussing and explaining the latest tech news and techniques, then the attendees will have a coding session with python or C++. The session will include an explanation for the material, fun & creative workshops to let the participants apply what the attendees learn, and loads of fun. Farah, the host, will give them simple assignments to practice what they have learned, and we're promising the assignments will not be boring. After this course, the participants will be able to understand CS, have an intermediate level of coding and problem-solving.
Meet the Instructor: Farah, the leader of QuaranTEEN's Computer Science Course is into programming, technology, volunteering and she's so passionate about them. This year she participated in Technovation Girls international competition from February to May, a team of three and that didn’t even have a mentor. Farah was the team leader and was responsible for information gathering, data analysis, and app design. As a team leader, she always organized meetings and workshops for the team, set plans, and timelines tried to make them do their best and motivated them to work. In May they finished their project and all the submissions successfully. She
participated in competitions like AlgoMania IEEE Suez University and Crises Engineering Contest 20 at IEEE
Zewail City and was the team leader. She took the 2nd place at Kangaroo Math Competition.
