Union County Fatherhood Initiative, Inc. (UCFIC) is looking for dynamic and innovative speakers for its 8th Annual Fatherhood Conference, this year titled The Fatherhood Survival Toolkit 2020:
"Helping Men and Fathers Thrive in Today's New Normal."  Event Timing: June 27, 2020.

This virtual event will look to bring forward inspiring and impactful talks, panel discussions, and demonstrations that are relevant to men and fathers of color. The virtual conference will be live-streamed on our website, Facebook, Youtube and other media platforms to reach our general target audience and a larger national audience as well.

Our past events have emphasized one or more of the Eight Keys to Wellness for Healthy Fathers and Healthy which are: Emotional Wellness, Spiritual, Intellectual, Physical, Environmental, Occupational, Social, and Financial Wellness for fathers and men.  

Our 2020 Conference emphasis in response to the pandemic is on Physical, Emotional, Occupational, and Financial Wellness with the opportunity to incorporate the other keys to provide a comprehensive set of tools for our target audience.

Since 2013, UCFIC, a New Jersey, volunteer-based non-profit, has conducted community events, educational workshops, conferences, and networking activities in collaboration with more than 10 partner organizations.  
Our in-person events and campaigns have impacted thousands of men and fathers and laid the groundwork for an effective Virtual Conference program in 2020.  In addition, research supports that the issues that we face in New Jersey impact fathers and men of color throughout the United States.
