SU Society Event

The purpose of this form is to get a more accurate idea of what your event consists of and how it can best be supported. There is a dedicated audio system for Society events in the Old Theatre. There is also access to a lighting board that may be required for drama or concert performances. These are self-operated following training arranged by AV. However you will be expected to book the slots in the Old Theatre and provide a competent technical contact for this training. Booking a slot can be arranged through LSE timetables - http://www.lse.ac.uk/intranet/diaryAndEvents/timetables/home.aspx

There is also a limited amount of microphones and cables available as part of the LSE SU audio system. AV will not loan our main stock of equipment unless a technician is funded.

Any requests for a technician must be funded by the society and approved by the SU to ensure there are sufficient funds available.

AV rates £26.30 per hour, AV student hire £12.50 per hour (min 5 hours on weekend, can't guarantee availability of student),
