Fan Table Registration
Are you part of a club, organization, or group that is fandom related?
Are you a convention organizer that would like to get the word out about your upcoming event?

Fan tables are a great way to let people know all about your event!

We have a limited number of tables available, so please get your request in EARLY!
Applications will be reviewed and tables will be issued on a first come, first served basis.
We are looking for tables that will not only give information about who and what they do but will also present a table that will fit in with our theme, Athenaeum.

To add to the convention experience we encourage you to exhibit your fan table in the most creative ways possible by use of our primary themes of Steampunk, STEAM education, and Multi-Media Arts.

An award will be given to the table that creates the most impressive fan table experience.

If your request is accepted you will be sent a contract which will need to be signed and agreed to no later than February 28, 2019.

Organizations that are accepted will receive:
- One 6 ft table
- 2 chairs
- 4 exhibitor badges
[Not included: electricity, internet and other furnishings must be
purchased separately]

We look for the following in Fan Group Applications:
- Non-Profit Organizations
- Positive involvement in the Pop Culture Community
- Quality of involvement per Fan member
- The originality of club purpose; exhibiting ideas that are creative and exciting, while adding to your fellow Fan’s experience in some way

Prohibited Acts
- Subletting of booths (selling)
- Selling any item or service
- Selling “under the table”
-Leaving booth unattended during convention hours

Violations will result in immediate removal from the convention.
Each booth must be staffed by at least one person who represents the group during operating hours.
