Thank you for your interest in being a host. Each month will be lead by a new Eastie Book Babe. Here's a an overview of what this would entail.
As the Host, You Are Asked to:
- Lead the meeting's discussion.
- Decorate the venue.
- Provide a main dish for members.
Perks of Being the Host:You pick the decor theme.
You pick the main dish.
Most importantly -- you choose the book!
- Just make sure it's available in both paperback and hardcover.
Please Note: The admins will assist with the guest list and sign-up form, allowing members to volunteer to bring additional food and supplies. This will help create a memorable evening for our members. Indoor venues will be required after September. Hosts can utilize their homes or an outside venue as needed. This can be discussed further with the administrators, who will assist with planning.
