2026 - 2027 - REPORT AN ABSENCE FORM (Chisholm Trail Middle School)
To report an absence for the 2026-27 school year, please complete this form. Submitting this form when your child is absent will be acceptable documentation to report an absence. This communication must be received by the school before five days of the student's return to school.

Doctor's notes can be emailed to chisholmtrail_attendance@roundrockisd.org or sent to the office with your child.   

RRISD Policy requires that a student who is absent for MORE than five consecutive days because of a personal illness must bring a statement from a doctor or health clinic verifying the illness or condition that caused the absence. Otherwise, the absence may be considered unexcused and in violation of compulsory attendance laws.

NOTE - Due to a high volume of school activities, events, and normal daily office duties, it can take up to 3 days to see attendance updates.
