To begin your VA loan pre-qualification, please gather and submit the following documents:

Social Security number (for credit authorization)

Valid photo ID (Driver’s license or military ID)

VA Certificate of Eligibility (COE)

Most recent 2 months of pay stubs

Last 2 months of bank statements

Last 2 years of federal tax returns

Last 2 years of W-2s

If you don’t have your COE yet, no worries—I can help you request it.
