How to Access the Pledge Manager as a Retailer
  • Accessing the Pledge Manager: Please pledge $1 during our Kickstarter campaign and complete this form to access the pledge manager. Following the successful conclusion of the Space-Off Kickstarter campaign, you'll receive an invitation from Hiveinteractive.net. Here, you will be able to build and finalize your order of Space-Off products. Availability may vary by region.
  • Retailer Verification: Completing this form lets our pledge manager, Hive Interactive, help us with your retailer validation. They will reach out for additional information they need. Once validated, you will be able to access pricing information and make purchases within the pledge manager.
  • Retailer Discount: A standard retailer discount of approximately 50% off MSRP will apply to Space-Off products ordered through the pledge manager.
  • Order Deadline: You will have a finite window to finalize your order in the pledge manager. The exact deadline will be clearly communicated when the pledge manager launches (we expect the pledge manager to launch about 2-3 weeks after the campaign ends).
  • Payment: Your total order value, including shipping fees (if applicable), will be calculated and charged at checkout directly through the pledge manager.
  • Estimated Fulfillment: Space-Off is currently estimated to deliver to backers (including retailers) in late Q1 of 2026.
Terms and Conditions

  • You must have a commercial storefront where you sell board games. Retailer pledges will not be shipped to a residential address (or online-only retailers).
  • Retailers will receive the same base game version of Space-Off as regular backers. Retailer orders will be shipped out at the same time as all other pledges.
  • We are finalizing shipping logistics for various regions to provide the most competitive rates possible. Detailed shipping costs and options for your location will be calculated and presented to you within the pledge manager before you finalize your order. Depending on the location of your store and size of your order, Rule 1 Games, LLC may ask you to assist in covering shipping costs.
  • There is no limit on the size of your order, but orders must be purchased by the case (estimated 5 copies of the base game per case).
  • The Space-Off base game and the complete Ship Shape Expansion Set (includes 3 expansions) will be available to retailers. The deluxe upgrades will not be available.
  • Online Sales Policy: Though our sales of Space-Off to retailers are intended for brick-and-mortar locations, we understand that online sales on your own website may be important sales channels for you. These sales are ok! However, selling any of our products on Amazon, Etsy, eBay, Temu, Walmart.com, or any other third-party retailer is strictly prohibited!
