Shade City Brewfest is back for our 4th year on Saturday, April 26, 2025 at the beautiful Idaho Botanical Garden and we want you to join us!
Shade City is a brewfest with a green heart. Our mission is to explore ways the brewing community and businesses around Idaho can reduce their impact on the environment while building community and enjoying our local food and drink. This two-day brewfest will celebrate Idaho’s beer scene while generating conversations around sustainability, environmental impact, and waste reduction.
This year, it will only be a 1 day public event with extended hours. Last year we had over 4,000 attendees between the two days with over 3500 people attending the Saturday party!

How to be a Shade City Brewfest Vendor:

As a vendor, you are guaranteed at least a 10'x10' space at the Idaho Botanical Garden during Shade City Brewfest. We are able to make special accommodations if power or larger space is needed. Please include those details when describing booth setup and how much space you need in the application.
While we don’t require vendors to be directly related to sustainable products or services, we do require that all vendors promote what their company is doing to reduce their footprint or increase their sustainability efforts (i.e. becoming carbon neutral, making efforts to reduce waste in supply chain/packaging, etc.)
In an effort to make this event as low-waste as possible, we ask vendors to not give out materials that could end up in the trash (candy wrappers were a big one from last year). We also discourage passing out any sort of plastic giveaways or promotional materials that are intended for short-term use. We ask you to be creative and consider alternatives that are less harmful to the environment. Some ideas we saw last year included small flower pots and seeds, cotton bandanas, and cloth tote bags. Recyclable or reusable materials only.
Each vendor will receive 2 complimentary tickets ($120.00 value) *tickets will include all beer, cider, and non-alcoholic beverage samples, no separate drink tickets need to purchase*
Each vendor will receive a discount code to purchase 2 additional tickets per day for $30.00 each
Vendors will be responsible for all booth materials this year. Shade City will not provide you with materials.
After receiving feedback from last year, we will continue incorporating vendors along side breweries to ensure that both nonprofits and for profits receive good foot traffic.
After filling out the survey, we will contact you to follow up with any questions, a request for your logo to add to the website, and an invoice for the vendor fee/donation. No vendors will be confirmed until the invoice is paid. You will also receive very detailed information regarding the event as we get closer, but please reach out with any questions in the meantime to mike@lostgrovebrewing.com.
